New release: Better Off Dead, was a crowd favouritethroughout our hundred odd shows in some of Australia's finest sticky carpet amber holes. Much like us as a band, this song is one of juxtaposition - uptempo, harmony ladened and fun sounding words about about anger, resentment and regret.

DECEMBER 2024 ANNOUNCING THE DEBUT EPISODE OF 'ZEN AND...." "Zen And...." is a book I am writing, the chapters of which will be published incrementally. The first chapter is called "Zen and Writing: What of the Moon in the Sky".
