This online Elemental Zen experience offers a guided way to explore your relationship with your property through a number of interconnected layers.
Together we explore the character and history of your place, including its Indigenous history and connection to Country, the landscape and natural elements, the people and animals who have lived there, and the experiences that may have shaped the way the property feels today.
We also explore the more subtle qualities of a place and how you personally experience them. Through the Elemental Zen approach, we consider how awareness, presence, intuition and our relationship with the natural world can help us become more attuned to the spaces we inhabit.
The session can include guided property energy clearing, grounding practices, intention setting and simple Elemental Zen practices that you can continue using within your home and property.
The intention is not to judge or change your property, but to develop a deeper relationship with it. By understanding more about where we live, what has come before us and what we are experiencing now, we can begin to create a greater sense of harmony, belonging and connection.
